How does your pricing work?

We charge a percentage of booking revenue — no fixed monthly fees and no lock-in contracts.

Our pricing is performance-aligned. If your revenue doesn’t grow, neither does our fee.

What’s the difference between Launch and Manage?

Launch is ideal for owners who want to stay hands-on with guests but need professional setup, pricing and systems.

Manage is for owners who want the day-to-day fully handled — including guest communication, cleaning coordination and operational management.

When would I choose Maximise?

Maximise is designed for owners who want a more active growth strategy — including marketing campaigns, performance reporting and direct booking optimisation.

Many owners start with Manage and upgrade when they’re ready to scale performance.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No.

We operate on a flexible agreement with 30 days’ notice.
If it’s not working for you, you’re free to move on.

What happens if I already have cleaners?

That’s absolutely fine.

We can work with your existing cleaning team, or connect you with trusted partners if needed.

Which booking platforms do you manage?

We manage listings across major platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO, as well as your own direct booking website.

How do you increase revenue?

We use dynamic pricing technology, booking data analysis and platform optimisation to improve occupancy and nightly rates.

For Maximise clients, we also implement marketing campaigns and direct booking strategies to grow repeat and off-platform bookings.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes.

Many owners begin with Launch or Manage and upgrade as their property grows.
